We are always looking for experienced, hard-working, and compassionate caregivers, who will be trained to be Caring Professionals - CarePros - with TenderHearted Home Care! If this is you, read on.
Our CarePros help the elderly live comfortably and independently in their homes. Your tasks may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation for errands or appointments, medication reminders, help with personal care and bathing, and transferring and mobility of the client. Companionship is also a very important part of your job. Shifts are up to 12 hours. Additionally, we have live-in shifts where you would remain in the client’s home for 1 to several days at a time.
Must be CNA or have at least 12 months caregiving experience with elderly people. Must love the elderly, be mature, friendly, patient, and have good communication skills. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

They actually went through different training, and you could do online courses. They give you a module to go over and read about a clients and their care plans before you would work with them. They do bonuses and pay raises. They do stuff for your birthday. They have monthly things. They did have an appreciation day for their caregivers.- Ebony I

Being A Part Of This Family Is Amazing - I have had the pleasure of working with these fine Christian people since they first began THHC. The Office Staff is Helpful - I like that they provide clients in my area and that they are flexible with me when I need to schedule days off. They sat down and went over things I didn’t know, and if I ever had a question or forgot something they would offer me more training. They give cards with little notes that show you you’re appreciated by them and the clients. The office staff is helpful whenever I have a problem and I can always talk to them. - Kahlia M.

Their online training is second to none. If someone is experienced, they will still learn something and be able to provide better care.
